The AI Audit is a fixed-fee analysis report. We discuss your situation, map your processes, and deliver a prioritised roadmap. $998.
The Audit is a structured engagement with a defined output. We discuss your situation and deliver a written analysis — no open-ended process.
We interview your operational leads, map your core workflows end-to-end, and identify every step that involves manual effort, repetition, or judgment that could be systematised. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Not every process is a good AI candidate. We assess each opportunity against three criteria: technical feasibility, data availability, and return on investment. We are explicit about what will not work, not just what will.
A ranked list of AI opportunities ordered by impact and implementation effort. You leave the Audit knowing exactly what to build first, why, and what to defer. No ambiguity about where to point resources.
Fixed-fee estimates for each prioritised build opportunity, so you can take the roadmap into a budget conversation immediately. Estimates cover development, infrastructure, and ongoing model costs at production volume.
Fill in the form and we respond within one business day. We will ask a few clarifying questions before scheduling a call — this keeps the first conversation focused and useful for both sides.

Answers to the questions we get most before an engagement starts.
You receive a prioritised build roadmap with fixed-fee estimates for each opportunity. At that point, you can choose to proceed to an Implementation Sprint with us, take the roadmap to a different team or partner, or simply use it internally for planning. There is no obligation to continue with Mason Bedford after the Audit. We are structured that way deliberately — it keeps us honest about the quality of the roadmap we deliver.
No. You need people who understand your operations and can explain your processes in detail — that is usually your operational leads, not your IT team. During the build phase, some technical coordination is needed if we are integrating with your existing software stack, but we handle the technical heavy lifting. If you have internal engineers who want to be involved, we work well with them — we document everything so knowledge transfers cleanly.
We typically have a 1–3 week lead time before a new Audit can begin, depending on current project load. If your situation is time-sensitive, tell us in the enquiry form and we will confirm availability on the scoping call. We do not overcommit — if we cannot start quickly enough to meet your timeline, we will say so upfront rather than take the booking and deliver late.
Yes. The Audit is a fixed-fee engagement at $998. The fee covers your discovery discussion, our analysis, and the written deliverable — regardless of how many processes we map or how complex the final roadmap turns out to be. There are no overages, no hourly tracking, and no surprises on the invoice.
Then the Audit might not be the right starting point. If you have a well-defined project scope and just need an implementation partner, we can assess that directly and move straight to a scoped build proposal. Mention this in the enquiry form — describe what you want to build and how clearly scoped it currently is — and we will confirm in our response whether we can skip the Audit phase or whether some upfront discovery is still needed to scope the build accurately.
